Building Excellent Service Together (BEST) has been designed to help you explore just what we mean by great customer service and to consider the most effective ways to deliver this. It will focus on behaviours, attitude and commitment, and will offer some practical suggestions to help you deliver an excellent service to our customers and to each other.
